The museum conceives space through absence. Two intersecting board-formed monolithic concrete shells enclose a hollow vertical fissure that captures Copenhagen's rare Nordic sunlight, distributing soft luminescence across subterranean sculpture vaults.
Visitors descend into a subterranean cavern where monumental kinetic sculptures reside. The acoustics are engineered using micro-perforated acoustic basalt stones to achieve an ecclesiastical sensory resonance.
