Torqued 1.2 degrees per floor, Helix Tower rejects the static rectangular monolith. The building turns toward Mount Fuji while optimizing natural wind channeling around Tokyo Bay, drastically reducing aerodynamic lateral drag.
Featuring a 24-story spiraling internal public atrium wrapped in perforated titanium louvers, the building functions as a vertical micro-city complete with hanging gardens, collaborative auditoriums, and sky-high observation decks.
